Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or personal preference. We know buying clothes online without trying them on is a leap of faith — so we've made our sizing guide as detailed as possible to help you get it right.

Size Exchanges

If your shirt doesn't fit we'll exchange it for a different size one time per order. To qualify:

  • Contact us at goodbadapparel@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery

  • Ship the unworn, unwashed shirt back to us at your expense

  • Once received we'll send your new size within 5-7 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect we'll fix it immediately at no cost to you. Contact us at goodbadapparel@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Contact your carrier first — if unresolved reach out and we'll do our best to help.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed as production begins immediately.
