How Our Shipping Works

Good Bad Apparel operates on a print-on-demand model. Every shirt is made to order specifically for you. This means we don't hold inventory — your order goes into production the moment it's placed.

Production Time

Most orders take 3-5 business days to produce before shipping. During high volume periods like new drop launches production may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves production.

Shipping Times

Once shipped estimated delivery times are:

  • Domestic (US): 3-7 business days

  • International: 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier volume, weather, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders under $70: Standard shipping rate calculated at checkout

  • Orders $70 and over: Free standard shipping automatically applied at checkout

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error contact us immediately at [email address] — we will do our best to correct it before production begins but cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package please contact your local carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved reach out to us at [email address] and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect please contact us at goodbadapparel@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
