1. Who We Are
Good Bad Apparel is an online clothing brand operating as a sole proprietorship under the name Good Bad Apparel, based in Los Angeles, California. We sell limited drop apparel through goodbadapparel.com.
2. Eligibility
By using this site and placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the permission of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
3. Products and Availability
All products are produced on a print-on-demand basis. We operate on a limited drop model — designs are available for a limited time and in limited quantities. Once a drop sells out it will not be restocked. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Product colors may appear slightly different on screen than in person due to monitor settings and the nature of garment dye processes. This is not grounds for a return or refund.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price displayed at the time of your order is the price you will be charged. We are not responsible for typographical pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
5. Orders and Payment
By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. Payment is processed securely through Squarespace Payments or Stripe. We do not store your payment information.
6. Shipping and Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner. Production typically takes 3-5 business days before shipping. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Please review our full Shipping Policy for details.
7. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final with limited exceptions. Please review our full Refund Policy for details on size exchanges and damaged order claims.
8. User Conduct
By using this site you agree not to:

9. Secret Page and Mystery Drop
Our site may contain hidden pages and limited products accessible only through specific means. Access to these pages and products is subject to the same terms as all other purchases. Limited quantities are enforced — once sold out these products will not be restocked.
